An eerie feeling of the club , I mean, the way they decorate it. The Carlsberg beer I had costs GBP 1.75. Very good deal !!!

Today is Zhun Zhun's birthday. I had dinner at her house. She prepared Steamboat dinner for us. Difference between Malaysia vs China style is of the sauces. They prefer to use peanut butter, salad sauce, Garlic + sesame oil > I like this very much. Something special. Never thought of having steamboat in UK. I like the dinner coz I'm missing Malaysia's steamboat. I bought her coconut shower gel+body lotion+hand cream + I made her chocolate tong yuan.
After that, I went for movie with Liu Lei.I have watched Love & other drugs ( cost GBP 3.55 super saver on Sunday for student). Surprise ...only two girls in the cinema. Believe it or not? hehe ..shiok
I like the movie. No censor at all. Anne Hathaway Starring in the movie. Surprisingly that she has quite a number of naked scenes.
I think all these while all English movie have this kind of scene. But never we allowed to watch in Malaysia.

I watched "Morning Glory"...Thumbs up. Just for GBP2.8 with a voucher of discount for my next visit.

Brussels sprouts: English favourite vegetables. I just put those into a saucepan let it cooked for about 10min then add butter sprinkle with cheese. Also, you can add bacon.
Sushi: yellow thingy is Korean pickled. Thumbs up!!! Avocado here is cheap cost GBP 1 for 4. I eat those almost every week.
Scramble eggs: I knew the tips!!! add British cream is a must & keep on stirring. I learned from you tube
Spaghetti : I used chinese cooking wine. Which is replacement of English wine. is the same actually.
Stuffed lotus: minced prawn + pork+ garlic+ginger+pepper+sesame oil+ rice wine+vinegar+sugar+ salt+chili sauce+soy sauce
then, stuff & deep the lotus with potato starch & ready to fry them.

My first semester trip to Lochness & Inverness...I like it!!!
Never expect in such a short time I managed to plan an awesome trip. I booked Jacobite cruise cost GBP 19 each person for 2.5 hours. This included ground tour + cruise+castle. And Fei Fei booked the SCotrail since she's very familiar with it. All done in about 30min via skype. the night before the trip I was busy preparing food in kitchen i.e. sandwiches+ sushi + fruits. I charged them GBP2 each for the meal.
Wonderful places. Nice view & very relaxing.I like the Uruquart castle unlike the Banchory castle which is well preserved. This specialty about the castle in Lochness is that you can see a beautiful sea view. Feeling like to Angkor Wat again...wonderful.
I like Inverness's Bridge. A small place but this is the most stunning one. I got myself a pair of boots..cost GBP15 from Dorothy Perkins. I like my boots...Good deals!!!
